TERMS OF SERVICE . ADOPTABLES
- You are forbidden from reposting the sent reference sheet and/or any other actual files sent from me as your own creation, you must credit me as the designer and potentionally the base owner if there is any. This applies to files sent from me, if you order a commission with a character that you bought, you don't need to credit me.- By sending a payment, you are agreeing to these terms of service. You are also agreeing to a non-refundable payment. You are paying for what you see and what is advertised.
- For the sake of my business and everyone else's time, I am unable to hold a character for you so please do not ask me about holds.- Payment must be done 24 hours after claiming/after auction ends.
Anything that will take longer and hasn't been discussed with me,
will result in reopening the design/auction.- Claim the characters only if you can adopt them. Don't just pretend you have the money and then chicken out. Such action will result from banning you across my platforms and you will be put on a public blacklist on my FA/Ko-Fi page.- You are responsible for owning the sent file, download your images right away, I won't keep them forever. If you do not download your files right away and I will end up removing the adoptable from my shared services, you lose the character, you are not eligible for a refund.
P2U / F2U BASES
- All of my bases can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes such as adoptables, commissions, personal art, oc making, etc.
- pay attention to what type of file you are getting and read the instructions well
- some of my bases will be psd files, some will be png (mix and match) files, be aware of those options when purchasing.
- Make sure you have the appropriate softwares to open up those files such as photoshop, procreate or any other apps that allow layers.Terms of usage
- You are forbidden from reposting the files ANYWHERE.
- Do not remove my signature.
- Always credit andyadopts whenever using the base.
- No refunds, you are paying for what is advertised and all sales are final.
YCH / Commissions
- I am reserving the right to decline your offer for the YCH / Commission for any reason disclosed or undisclosed (complexity of the character, lack of skills or confidence to draw such, uncomfortable topics, etc.)
- Full pre-payment is necessary for me to start the work. I will send you a WIP sketch of the Commission (YCHs are getting no sketch), till then you are allowed to ask for small changes that are being discussed. After confirmation of changes I start working on the lineart and rendering, you cannot ask for more changes.
- Read carefully the current rules and set up of the YCH / Commission, by buying and/or claiming a spot you agree to whatever is listed in the listing of the YCH / Commission.
- If you DON'T respond to my messages after claiming a slot within 48 hours, I am abandoning your request to free up space for more people. You are allowed to come back but you will be moved to the end of the queue.
- Payment paragraph applies to YCH / Commissions.
TRADING . RESELLING . PAYMENTS
TRADES and RESELLS- You are eligible to TRADE and/or RESELL the an adoptable from me, however you are forbidden from reselling the character for more than what you have paid for if there is no extra art added as a value to the character.
- You are allowed to sell any YCH / Commission art as an added value to your character. You are NOT allowed to sell those artworks on its own.
- Trading for NFT and/or AI is forbidden, please respect the art, time and value invested into every piece.PAYMENTS- I accept PAYPAL only, the payment must be done either through a paypal.me link I send or through a donation on my Ko-Fi page. In case you buy a SFW Adoptable from my Ko-Fi SHOP, the payment is done there and you will be able to download the file(s) right away.
- I accept USD/ EUR only. Paypal will automatically convert the currency for you.
- No refunds are available, by buying any artwork from me you understand and you agree to this term of service.
